Processing Times

All orders are made to order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been printed and shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to the US and Canada. 

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 7–21 business days after dispatch
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged in protective and sturdy mailers or tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Customs & Import Fees

For US orders, please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in your shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to customs processing, postal strikes, or high seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience in these rare cases.
